I always plant morning glories and have a special affection for them as I always planted them when I was a child on a farm in Ohio...they just need to be soaked and nicked and planted and then wait and wait and magic! Here in North Carolina it is sometimes tricky...mostly because I have a landscape person who wacks down everything that looks like a weed and these definitely look like weedy vines until the flowers take hold...
